Giving
As Christians, we recognize everything we have comes from God, and we are simply sharing these gifts for Kingdom work. Through our tithes and offerings, we demonstrate in a tangible way our love for God and our neighbors. Each year, we ask for tithes and offerings for the coming year in support of our church’s ministry and mission. Your generous gifts are what makes worship, children and youth programs, Bible studies, small groups, mission trips, community service projects, building/operational needs, etc. all possible.

Giving Options
Give a Recurring Gift
A recurring gift can be set up on a schedule that works for you and offers you flexibility to track and manage your giving. By setting up an automatic payment, you can choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Recurring gifts can be changed or canceled at any time.
Give a One-Time Gift
One-time gifts are simple to set up using a debit or credit car, or from a bank account. Cash/Checks can also be dropped off at the church office or mailed in.
Memorial & Legacy Gift
Memorial giving is a meaningful way to remember loved ones. Memorial gifts can make a difference now and legacy gifts are a way to support the future mission of our church.
An Approach to Giving
Begin with prayer.
Thank God for your blessings and ask for guidance and discernment.
Assess your income and giving.
Determine your current giving as a percentage of your income.
Set your giving goal.
If you are not currently tithing (giving 10 percent of your income), start with a lower percentage and then plan to increase the percentage each year, growing toward the tithe. The important thing is to begin the spiritual discipline of regular, consistent giving.
Determine your giving method.
Take a look at the ways you can give and select the option that is best for both you and the church.
Worship with gratitude.
As a congregation, we will express our gratitude to God and the many blessings we have received.
GIVE ONLINE
Sharing your gifts online is safe, secure and convenient via SecureGive. It also allows you to setup a regular donation to EUM that happens automatically according to the frequency and amount you choose. This option is especially helpful for those that can’t be present in worship weekly. To give online, click here.
By Cash/Check
By contributing to what EUM is doing in our community and beyond, we give not because we have to, but because God first gave to us and we do so with a joyful heart and generous spirit. If you are giving a gift through cash or check, simply mail it to Evangelical United Methodist Church at 1000 Flaxmill Road, Huntington, IN 46750.
